This short course will train students in how to apply, Hybrid and 3D Volume  eyelash extensions for added length and thickness of natural lashes. This course has been designed to meet the beauty industry demand for lash extensions to work in the industry.
Students will learn the latest techniques and skills from qualified beauty trainers who are currently working in the beauty industry. This course requires fine hand and eye coordination and attention to detail.
Students are to provide evidence of the previous qualification in; application, infill and removal of Classic Eyelash Extensions, either through South Metropolitan TAFE or equivalent, prior to enrolling into this course.
Students are required to provide one model week 1 and one model week 2 of the course at 7pm until 9pm
Course induction material with all learning material is provided to match your course.
Students will receive a Certificate of Participation on completion of this course.

South Metropolitan TAFE also offers the short course S0280P Eyelash Extensions which trains students in how to apply, refill and remove eyelash extensions for added length and thickness of natural lashes.Â
Attendance in class
This course is equivalent to 1 day per week when studied across two weeks.Â
At-home study
As well as the in-class component, you maybe required to complete additional study each week outside of class hours, including private study, assignment preparation, and research.
You will need to have the basic technical requirements for at-home study including a laptop or home computer with internet access. If you don’t have access to a computer and WiFi at home, we recommend using our library computers during library hours.
What you need for your first day of class
On your first day you should bring your SM TAFE confirmation enrolment receipt, your student ID, stationery (a pen and notepad and equipment from orientation booklet lists). Student will require to supply own equipment/tools below.

Uniforms and workwear requirements:
Students are required to wear black pants and black top with enclosed shoes. Hair must be tied back neatly and professional presentation is required.
