If you have forgotten your password, use the 'Password Manager' to reset your password:

From 11 January 2021, staff using the Horizon View Remote Access solution will need to complete the login process using Multi-Factor Authentication. For this system MFA applies in all situations regardless of location or device.

For any staff who have configured Multi-Factor Authentication to use the Desk phone option, you are advised to change this to use the Microsoft Authenticator app.

If you are working remotely, you will need to make a service desk request for support to change your desk-phone authentication to the app. Access service desk remotely by logging into the Staff Portal(opens in a new tab)

To setup Multi-Factor Authentication using the Microsoft Authenticator app please see the MFA guide (332 KB) (PDF document - opens in a new tab) .

See our step by step guide below for how to change the method of your multi-factor authentication.
