Direct access to other systems

If you are having trouble logging into Office 365, please remember your login details are your Staff ID, and your current single sign on password.

If you have forgotten your password, use the 'Password Manager' to reset your password:

You will then be able to reset your password to gain access to Office 365 and Staff Portal.

If you have changed your verification email address or phone number you may find it handy to update them first, before using the Password Manager reset link above, go here first:

If you have not yet migrated to Office 365, you should continue to use the instructions below:

If you have any issues with password resets, please contact ICT Helpdesk for assistance.

Adobe Creative Cloud

If you have a staff login for Adobe Creative Cloud, you can use it at home for up to three devices including home computers, tablets and phones.

Sign in using your SM TAFE email address and password to download.

Staff using the Horizon View Remote Access solution will need to complete the login process using Multi-Factor Authentication. For this system MFA applies in all situations regardless of location or device.

For any staff who have configured Multi-Factor Authentication to use the Desk phone option, you are advised to change this to use the Microsoft Authenticator app.

If you are working remotely, you will need to make a service desk request for support to change your desk-phone authentication to the app. Access service desk remotely by logging into the Staff Portal(opens in a new tab)

To setup Multi-Factor Authentication using the Microsoft Authenticator app please see the MFA guide (332 KB) (PDF document - opens in a new tab) .

See our step by step guide below for how to change the method of your multi-factor authentication.
