Staff Resources

The best way to access staff systems is via the new Staff Portal - cut and paste the URL staff.smtafe.wa.edu.au into your browser or use the button below. Use your current single sign on password to access.

Use the staff portal to access:

  • Intranet
  • Webmail (Office 365)
  • VMWare
  • ESS - process and check your leave and pay
  • PayCerts - check and approve pay for your staff
  • OneDrive - your files stored in the cloud
  • Jota - bulk printing service
  • and much more

How to reset your password

If you are having trouble logging into Office 365, please remember your login details are your Staff ID, and your current single sign on password.

If you have forgotten your password, use the 'Password Manager' to reset your password on https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com. You will then be able to reset your password to gain access to Office 365 and Staff Portal.

If you have changed your verification email address or phone number you may find it handy to update them first, before using the Password Manager reset link above. Go here first: https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/passwordreset/Register.aspx.

If you have not yet migrated to Office 365, you should continue to use the instructions below:

If you have any issues with password resets, please contact ICT Helpdesk for assistance.
