Census dates are the date a student may withdraw from their course or part of the course using the withdrawal form prior to their census dates; submit an application for a VET Student Loan for your enrolment; or withdraw from your units without incurring a debt.
Please note:
- Full refunds prior to census dates are only applicable to Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses that are eligible for a VET Student Loan.
- Partial refunds are applicable for Certificate I to Certificate IV courses.
- VET Student Loan applications must be submitted at least 16 days prior to the census date for the first unit of your study and at least 16 days prior to the census date for subsequent units.
