The Student Hub is your one-stop shop for accessing everything you need for your study journey. Through the Student Hub, you can access all our online learning systems using the same login details and password. You can also access Blackboard and Microsoft 365 from one central place.
To start your journey, log into the Student Hub for information about timetables, library services, social media, how to provide feedback and more.
To login:
- Your user name is your student ID (if accessing from a campus computer) or student email address (if accessing from mobile or any off-campus computer).
- Your password is your current student password.
For new or existing students resetting their passwords from 20 April 2024:
- Your default password is tafewaddmmyyyy (your birth date)
- You will be prompted to change your password.
- It must be at least 14 characters long
- There is no maximum number of characters
- Complexity such as a combination of letters, numbers and special characters, is optional but not required
- Your password will expire every 180 days, requiring you to change it.
- A sample password: canbejustalongstringwithoutnumbers
- As an additional level of security, you will also need to download the Microsoft Authenticator mobile app. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to the Student Hub Login, Wi-Fi and Technical Requirements page
