Clement Lee, lecturer in floral design

More than 25 years ago Clement began his floristry career helping his parents in their family florist shop in suburban Perth. He took advantage of his time in playing with unique materials such as silks and garden foliage. He enjoyed creating unusual, large arrangements and as these unique pieces sold really well he was encouraged to take up floristry as a career.

In 2003, Clement began studying at South Metropolitan TAFE, then known as Challenger TAFE. He was invited to take part in Interflora competitions where his talents proved him an outstanding designer. On completion of his floristry study in 2004, Clement progressed to win many other competitions and cement himself in the industry as a design expert:

Winner, Interflora Australia Cup, 2007
Runner-Up, Interflora Australia Cup, 2005, 06, 08
