Enrolment support

Our friendly Customer Service Centre teams at each campus are one-stop-shops for students and visitors to campus in accessing on-campus facilities and support services.

We can help you manage your enrolment and student finances. It's important that you tell us early if you are thinking of changing your study plan, to avoid delays in processing.

  • If you'd like to vary your study plan to access flexible study options or have issues with late assignments or non-attendance, talk to your lecturer first, then chat with us, so that together, we can reach the best study plan for you.
       
  • If you want to cancel your enrolment, please check your enrolment in Student Portal to find out your census date. This is the last date to withdraw before you can receive a partial refund or re-credit of your fees. Then, talk to us about your plans, we may be able to help you find a better solution in place of full withdrawal!
       
  • If your financial circumstances have changed, talk to us about changing your payment plan or making a new payment plan.
     
  • We can also assist by putting you in touch with admissions support for VET Student Loans and to student support services for disability or Aboriginal study support.

Please note: Kwinana and Naval Base campuses don’t have cashier services everyday. To make a payment in person, visit our campus page to find your next large campus for assistance.
