Student access

News regarding student portal

Your student portal is called myCampus.

myCampus allows you to:

  • Access your student email where you will receive all important official communication
  • View your results
  • Access an overview of current unit enrolments and withdrawals
  • Find lecturer contact details
  • Login to your online course learning environments such as Future and Blackboard
  • Register, update and reset your student password
  • Find links to the library
  • Find contact details for the Customer Service Centres, libraries or student support services
  • Access free WiFi on all campuses
  • Access your timetabling (coming soon)


How to access myCampus

Step 1:

Log into Office 365 first and update your Self Service Profile and Student Password prior to logging into myCampus.

Use your student ID as your Office 365 Email login in the format of : StudentID@tafe.wa.edu.au 
Use your default password in the format of your birth date: TafeDDMMYYYY
(Where Capital T preceeds 'afe' and is followed by your date of birth)

Step 2:

Log into myCampus (on and off campus) using your user name and password as follows:

User Name: Student ID
Password:    Student Password

For example, if your Student ID is K123456 and your Student Password is Hello123#, your myCampus logon details would be:

User Name: K123456
Password:   Hello123#

Having trouble logging in?

If you have forgotten your password, use the 'Password Manager' to reset your password on https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com.

Alternatively, talk to our librarians on campus or call 1800 001 001.
