Delivered in partnership with BHP, the Maintenance Associate - Diversity Pathway Program (DPP) provides indigenous and/or female participants with the skills required to gain employment in Western Australia’s resources industry.
Newmont Boddington Gold awards two pre-apprenticeship scholarships per year in qualifications linked to priority trade areas in NBG's annual apprenticeship program intake.
The scholarships are awarded to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders who are enrolled or applying for entry into the identified South Metropolitan TAFE pre-apprenticeship pathways. Applications are open from approximately May-June.

Delivered in partnership with Chevron, the Women in Engineering Scholarship provides 20 weeks of valuable foundation skills for gaining employment in Western Australia's oil and gas, and resources industry. 14 fully funded scholarships are available to women of all ages and backgrounds. Applications open around April each year.
