CCNA R&S: Introduction to Networks First step toward a networking career

Begin preparing for a networking career with this introduction to how networks operate. This includes learning the architecture, structure, and functions needed to support the operations and priorities of Fortune 500 companies to small innovative retailers. You will even get the chance to configure a network yourself, such as a simple LAN (Local Area Network). After completing this course, you will have a working knowledge of routing, switching, network applications and protocols. This is the first course in a 4-course series designed to prepare you for entry-level networking jobs. No prerequisites required.

The intermediate digital photography course is aimed at those who already have a basic knowledge of their camera, but want to improve their technical skills. This course covers both camera techniques and image editing workshops. It is a fun and engaging course for people of all ages.

This course has packed the intermediary skills from the Certificate IV in Digital Media Technologies (ICT40815) into a short course allowing students to develop professional skills in photographic editing.

Those students beginning in photography are encouraged to build foundation skills first in our basic Digital Photography Skill Set short course.

Learn the features of your digital camera with hands-on workshops to improve your photography skills! Learn from our expert lecturer, Ben, on how to control your camera using different shooting modes, digitally enhance your images and produce the best photos you can.

  • Photography skills including portraits, landscapes, architecture, macro, still life, sport, night photography 
  • Understanding shutter speed (aperture, ISO, white balance) 
  • Connecting to computer/organising photos
