Work would be undertaken in various kitchen settings, such as in restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, cafes, cafeterias, coffee shops, hospitals and aged care facilities, sporting and entertainment venues, hotel banqueting departments, cook-chill production kitchens, and mobile catering businesses of varying size.
