Pre – Requisite: Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Beauty Therapy or qualified enrolled / registered nurse qualified

Dermaplaning is a growing treatment within salons and dermal clinics due to its amazing and visible results. Dermaplaning is the use of a single use, sterile surgical scalpel/blade to manually remove fine vellus hair and excess dead skin cells of the stratum corneum to enable increased penetration of products and treatments leaving the skin smooth and glowing.

Dermaplaning can treat a variety of skin concerns including fine lines, dull skin, dry skin, blocked pores and lifted pigmentation and leaves the epidermis intact without damage to the stratum corneum.

This course is essential for anyone wishing to perform Dermaplaning and advance their aesthetic skin treatment knowledge.

  • Advantages / disadvantages
  • Pre and post treatment protocols

Course induction material provided on the day with all learning material to match your course. A dermaplaning kit is included in this course.

Students will receive a Certificate of Attendance on completion.

Students are required to be able to speak and understand English.

Free parking is available on campus. Security is present on the premises for evening classes.
