When you complete the Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical) you'll have skills that may be suitable for a medical administration support role.

Full-time attendance is equivalent to two and a half days a week.

Attendance in class
This course is equivalent to 3 days per week when studied full time across one semester.
As well as the in-class component, you will need to complete approximately 8-10 hours of additional study each week outside of class hours, including private study, assignment preparation, and research.
Work placement is not a requirement for this course.
What you need for your first day of class
On your first day you should bring your SM TAFE confirmation enrolment receipt, your student ID, stationery (pen, exercise book, file and a USB storage device).
Your lecturers will advise you at orientation of any additional resource requirements such as textbooks and software applications, as well as providing information on how to access or purchase student copies/licences.
Dress requirements - smart casual dress at all times.
