Introduction to Disability

The Certificate II in Introduction to Disability Care (Pre-Traineeship) will provide you with the basic industry specific skills and knowledge for the disability sector or a traineeship within the Community Services sector at the Certificate III level.

This will provide you with a taster of the disability industry to see if the career is right for you, and increase your chances of continuing onto further study or paid employment within the industry.

Working in disability services offers challenges but the rewards are personally fulfilling. Your work can directly enhance lifestyle, promote independence and empowerment and encourage people with disabilities to participate in community activities.
