The National Standard for Commercial Vessels (NSCV) Part D—Crew Competencies requires that a seafarer pass this final assessment prior to the issue of a certificate of competency.  The AMSA Mandated Practical Assessment (AMPA) is the practical assessment of your operational skills and knowledge, and knowledge of Australian maritime legislation.

The full electrical contractors course includes both nominee and business components, the Electrical Contractors Nominees / In-house Licence course and the Electrical Contractors Business Licence course.
