Are you ready to bring out the best in others?

This qualification provides training for existing leaders who want to validate and enhance their leadership skills.

It allows you to explore and manage your own professional development, analyse the fundamentals of leadership, lead and develop individuals and teams, mentor others and write complex business documents.

One of the major components of this course involves management of a community or work based project. Your are required to effectively identify, plan, administer, monitor, finalise and review a practical project that benefits not only the community or workplace, but also contributes to your own skill development.

The full-time face to face version of this course is targeted to Indigenous students only and is studied in block mode as attendees come from around the State.

Your qualification prepares you for roles such as:

Coordinator, supervisor, team leader.
