Want to start a career in baking?

When you complete the Certificate II in Retail Baking Assistance (Retail Baking Pre-Apprenticeship) you will be ready for an apprenticeship in the baking industry.

You will gain the knowledge and skills to make and bake pastry, bread, meringues, and doughnuts. You will also learn about customer service, first aid, hygiene and workplace health and safety.

We are the only provider offering training in baking with an on-campus bakehouse sells students' work to the general public.
