The Certificate II in Leadership is designed to further develop and enhance a persons leadership skills. It allows participants to develop self, work collaboratively with other team members, plan and participate in team meetings, communicate effectively and identify the rights and responsibilities of others. A major component of the Leadership Course is active participation in a team or community based project. Participants are required to work in a team to undertake a practical project which benefits not only the team or community, but also contributes to their own skill development and achievement.
